Large volume, unstable performance, high energy consumption (industry recognized gas consumption > 14%), through a large number of field tests show that the actual treatment dew point is between -10℃~+25℃, far from meeting the requirements of the plant on the quality of compressed air.
In view of the structural defects and the instability of the performance of the dual-tank (tower) adsorption dryer on the market, the modular adsorption dryer has been greatly improved in appearance, structure and adsorption performance.
A lot of improvements have been made in the structure of the traditional adsorption dryer, and the new adsorption drying technology and instantaneous discharge technology have been combined to make the adsorption dryer adsorbed more efficiently, the outlet pressure dew point more stable and the equipment structure more compact.
